By booking in for a treatment with us, you are agreeing to our COVID19 policies that we have in place.
- ensure that your hands are thoroughly washed/sanitised before entering the clinic.
- only bring in necessary items to your appointment. (i.e. phone, wallet, keys)
- attend your appointment alone, without children or other people.
- avoid touching common surfaces throughout the salon where possible.
- contact the salon if you present with any symptoms within 2 weeks following your appointment.
- give all relevant information to us for contact tracing purposes (these details may be given to the government if required.
Our new procedures to help keep you safe and stop the spread of COVID19.
- we will be following all government and council regulations.
- we are recording all client details which will be securely stored for 28 days and then destroyed.
- we have completed the Australian Government of Department of Health - Infection Control Training - COVID 19 as well as the Safe Clinics training in hand hygiene, sanitisation, clinic policies, room set-up, PPE, record keeping, uniform protocol & response plan.
- we are allowing extra time between each client to thoroughly clean all surfaces. All of our equipment will be disinfected between clients - as usual.
- there will be disposables on the bed and over the pillow unless you are having a facial, in that case there will be a blanket over you to keep you warm which will be appropriately laundered between each use.
- we will be washing and sanitising our hands before and after every client and whenever needed - as usual.
- i will be wearing a mask - as usual. But i will not be supplying them, if you do have a mask, feel free to wear one.
